How to upgrade

Before your free trial period ends, you will need to upgrade you account to a paid business account to not loose any functionality.  The system allows your to buy credits, which will then be applied monthly towards a membership plan.

To upgrade your account from the Free trial account to a paid account:

1. Buy Credits
   • You can buy credits from this screen in a desired package size.  The remaining credits can be applied to future months
2. Send the payments using bank transfer
   • Directions provided as last step in above buy credits flow and also sent as email
   • When paying via bank transfer, please take a Screenshot of the transfer for proof of transfer
3. Upload the proof of transfer in the payment history screen
4. Change your membership plan (from My Profile | Membership screen)
   • Click the "Change Package" button
   • Select the desired package  (ex. Business Power Plan for 100 Birr/month)
   • Check the "Recurring" checkbox if you want the system to monthly automatically
   • On the Checkout screen, select "Use my Pay as you Credits' as the payment method
   • Click Checkout
